Ambition to action
I help leaders, companies and communities make sense of where they are today, imagine what’s next and then bring it to life.
Different people, common challenges
The board wrestling with vision, strategy, operational alignment, or performance.
The CEO leading an organisation through change.
A leader working to build trust, alignment, and momentum in their team.
The manager who’s exploring how AI and other emerging technologies can create real value.
The entrepreneur building something new.
A group working to strengthen connection and impact in their community.
An individual creating their next chapter.
They all share a common ambition: to make meaningful progress on something that really matters. Something they cannot do alone. Something that depends on others.
Sound familiar? Let’s talk.
So what do I do?
I’ve been called many things. Leadership advisor. Facilitator. Storyteller. Thought partner. Mentor. The job defines the role.
My approach draws on a wide spectrum of experiences. I’ve worked in worlds as diverse as media, technology, art, business, and social impact. Throughout it all, I’ve brought ideas and practices from one world to another.
Moving between different sectors is eye-opening, but combining them is powerful. The overlaps and intersections are often where we can really challenge our thinking and find surprising possibilities.
