Vision for impact
A leading international social enterprise is transforming itself for its next 30 years of growth and impact. I worked with the CEO, Leadership Team and non-exec board to identify and distill which aspects of their operation needed to evolve, and what needed to stay. Insights were refined into a concise, actionable, memorable and stirring charter. We then defined a set of strategic pillars around which operational transformation objectives and metrics could be aligned. The future-proofed new vision and strategy was rolled out across the organization through a series of virtual interactive employee workshops. Meanwhile, ongoing board and leadership team facilitation accelerated the cascading of the plan through all divisions and functions.

A nation's transformation
A Middle Eastern nation is transforming its economy and culture on an unprecedented scale. I worked with the leadership of its real estate development arm and its tourism ministry to reimagine and brand an ancient UNESCO World Heritage site, luxury residential and retail zone, ecological nature reserve and tourism destination. The site is adjacent to the capital, and is at the heart of the nation’s cultural origins. Together, we recruited and led a coalition of leading brand designers, museum professionals, storytellers, and television and virtual reality producers to create a new identity, illuminate the national historical narrative, and communicate its future evolution to the world.

The power of purpose
The founder and CEO of a rapid-growth communications startup was eager to define a directional and visionary purpose to drive his next wave of investment and growth. I collected insights from his cofounders and key members from all levels of the team, and analysed the competitive marketplace. Together, the CEO, CTO and I defined the future ambition for the firm’s technology development. This drove the distillation of a bold but precise purpose statement. We produced a powerful CEO keynote and a virtual all-hands event. Then, with the CHRO and the CMO, we created the rollout plan that engaged employees in building their own operational plans to scale up and drive the broader vision.
